I grew up using cast-iron cookware, and continue to use it for many different dishes. In this class, I'll share some tips on properly cleaning and storing your skillets to maintain their quality. Then I'll prepare a 3-course dinner (featuring Surf and Turf as the entree), demonstrating the versatility of the cast-iron skillet for part of every course! The menu for this Chef's Table class:
