Send the day at The Farmhouse cooking my favorite dishes. The workshop will focus on the flavors of Spain and you will leave ready to host your own dinner party. We will make Paella, Gazpacho, Patatas Bravas, Tortilla Espanola, Croquetas, Pisto (Spanish vegetable stew), Gambos al Ajillo (Spanish garlic shrimp), and a few different varieties of the beloved Empanadas. To satisfy our sweet tooth - Arroz con Leche (Spanish rice pudding) and Almond Cake! Many of these dishes were influenced by different nations that invaded Spain over the centuries. We will have a fun-filled day cooking together.
