We invite you to join us for another “Maine Squeeze” Valentine’s Date Night where we celebrate love and lobster! This year we’ve decided to mix it up a bit and highlight surf and turf as the center of the plate attraction. Everyone will participate in the preparation of lobster tail thermidor which we will be serving alongside bistro steak and some lovely little vegetables to accompany. Whoopie pies are a Maine dessert staple, so we will make a version suitable for the holiday, red velvet, and nap them with a decadent chocolate sauce.
