Chef Heather’s first job as a teen was at a local family-owned farm market, and she was the unofficial "Herb Girl" on site! Join Chef Heather as she amazes you at how much a dish can be transformed by simply adding the right herb or herbs. 

We will be creating a fragrant buffet of dishes - from appetizers to dessert - using herbs in each recipe. Many of our herbs will be harvested from the Farmhouse garden!

Cilantro-Mint Chutney with Naan

Rosemary Pineapple Shrimp Skewers

Watermelon-Feta Salad with Citrus-Mint Vinaigrette

Herbed Chicken Meatballs with Dill Yogurt Sauce

Chive and Roasted Garlic Smashed Potatoes

Pearl Cous Cous & Arugula with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Toasted Pine Nuts, Shaved Parmesan, & Creamy Basil Dressing

Roasted Summer Vegetables with Tarragon Pesto

Lemon-Thyme Pound Cake with Strawberry Sauce and Vanilla Whipped Cream

Hands-On Class - you’ll participate in the preparation of the meal alongside the chef.
