Charcuterie boards have increased in popularity, and can be such a beautiful centerpiece for just about any occasion! In this hands-on class, we will all work together to create a charcuterie board to enjoy at the end of class, with assorted cheeses, cured meats, nuts, fresh and dried fruits, and artisan crackers. I will share some tips on creating beautiful charcuterie boards, and we'll make some of my favorite jams, chutneys, and pickled vegetables to enjoy in class!
