Join Chef Heather for her heartfelt 4th Annual Valentine’s Day Dinner—a specially crafted night to celebrate the love in our lives. Indulge in a 6-course menu designed to stir your soul and elevate your senses—you’re guaranteed to fall in love with every bite! The tables will be beautifully dressed in shades of pink and red, echoing the warmth and tenderness of this truly memorable evening.
1st Course: Asiago Gougere - local sausage, wild mushrooms, artichoke hearts
2nd Course: Roasted Red Pepper Bisque - herbed croutons, marinated feta
3rd Course: Baby Spinach - fresh berries, pickled shallots, candied pecans, goat cheese, poppy seed vinaigrette
4th Course: Carved Peppercorn Rubbed Beef Tenderloin, Burgundy Pan Sauce, Boursin and Wild Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Haricot Vert
5th Course: Dark Chocolate Pots de Creme - vanilla whipped cream, fresh raspberries, shaved chocolate
6th Course: Cheese Plate for Two: artisan cheeses and crackers, local honey, roasted grapes, fresh apple
