Champagne Garlic Shrimp - Avocado, cucumber relish with rustic bread
White Wine Risotto - Roasted corn, charred summer squash stack, pesto drizzle and shaved drunken goat cheese
Red Wine Marinated Ribeye - Burgundy shallot butter, heirloom tomato and gorgonzola tart
Port Cake - Merlot ice cream, dark chocolate sauce and toasted almonds
