A Winter Warm-Up Brunch, January 10, 10:00-12:30
What better way to warm up on a winter weekend morning, than to be in the kitchen, creating delicious dishes to share with friends! A fresh pot of coffee will be brewing while we prepare a tantalizing menu. Then, we'll sit down at beautifully set tables to enjoy brunch together!
Arugula and Farro Salad - roasted butternut squash, pickled onions, feta, toasted pepitas, dried cranberries, balsamic vinaigrette
Sugar and Spice Bacon
Brioche French Toast - cinnamon custard, Grand Marnier macerated berries, fresh whipped cream, warm maple syrup
Cast Iron Fritata - spinach, gouda, caramelized onions, blistered tomatoes, goat cheese
Short Rib Potato Hash - slow-braised shredded beef short rib, seasoned red potatoes, scallions, roasted peppers, chipotle cream, fresh cilantro
Lemon Shortbread Bars - shortbread crust, creamy lemon filling
