Food As Medicine: Anti-Inflammatory Foods to Jumpstart Your New Year, January 9, 9:00am-3:00pm

$185.00

“Food as medicine” is a phrase we often hear, but what does it truly mean? In our 2026 Farmhouse Nutrition Series, we’re bringing together two experienced professionals to help you cut through the noise and gain practical knowledge you can use. Discover how simple food choices can reduce inflammation, boost energy, and support overall health as you begin the year. Spend half a day with certified functional medicine nurse practitioner and menopause specialist, Wendy F. Currier, and educator and functional medicine health coach, Christine Bulgrin, as they lead interactive discussions on how food impacts inflammation, hormone health, brain health, and gut health. The workshop will also feature a hands-on cooking and lunch preparation session with Farmhouse chef, Susan Shaltry, giving you the chance to put nutrition concepts into practice. Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with these experts, ask questions, and walk away with personalized strategies to help you build a sustainable program for eating your way into a healthier year.
