It’s summer and it’s time to grill! We are looking to take this date night ‘up a notch’ and prepare on the grill a whole Picanha (a little-known cut that’s one of Paul’s faves), Mediterranean Lamb Kebabs and Spicy Chicken Wings on the Weber kettle. Paul will be manning the grill and sharing his best tips and techniques along with sauce ideas. And, not that anyone will be paying as much attention to the vegetables, we will also be preparing a Greek-style Watermelon Salad and a Tavern Salad featuring chickpeas, tomatoes, fried pita and haloumi cheese. For dessert, Grilled Pound Cake with ice cream and berries.

Hands-On Class - you’ll participate in the preparation of the meal alongside the chef.
