Have you ever thought about hosting a dinner party but just couldn’t quite figure out how you could manage it with all the busy schedules?

Well, Paella is one of those menu items that make executing a dinner party possible. Lots of “do-ahead” tasks, one pan cooking and a conversation piece as everyone waits for the paella to be done. For our date night, we will prepare and serve small tapas as the paella cooks and, when the main course is ready, we’ll serve straight from the paella pan to your plate along with a fresh salad on the side. Basque cheesecake is a meal ending treat to delight everyone’s sweet tooth.

Hands-On Class - you’ll participate in the preparation of the meal alongside the chef.
