We’re turning the kitchen into a vibrant market stall, where you’ll learn to master the balance of fire, spice, and seasoning. You’ll participate in prepping a colorful array of premium proteins and garden-fresh vegetables, then take the reins to assemble your own signature skewers tailored to your perfect palate.
Ingredients will include steak, chicken, and shrimp with different seasonings and marinades; a variety of fresh vegetables; and several of my favorite recipes for dipping sauces. We'll also make a crisp green salad with vinaigrette, steamed Basmati rice, and an aromatic Rice Pilaf to pair with the kebabs. But our evening wouldn't be complete without Lemon Pudding Cake!
