I will admit, it does seem a bit easier to be inspired by local ingredients when the farmers markets are in full swing during warmer months. The truth is, here in Ohio we have many options to support our local purveyors throughout the year. This date night will require a little trust that we will select the best items available at the time from local businesses such as The Hungarian Butcher, The Chef’s Garden, Harriet Gardens, Dan the Baker, Blue Jacket Dairy cheese and more. All guests will participate in discussion and preparation of the ingredients selected.
