We invite you to join us for another “Maine Squeeze” Valentine’s Date Night where we celebrate our little crustation friends, which have been plucked from the frigid Maine shorelines to warm our hearts for this special meal. We’re making a spicy lobster pasta which will involve harvesting the lobster from the shells and getting out our pasta machines to make fresh pasta. A beautiful salad of seasonal greens, roasted squash, apple, candied seed, soft cheese and maple vinaigrette will also be served. Whoopie pies are a Maine staple, so we will make an upscale version of this dessert and serve with fresh fruit.
