Pasta Master Class Series, 6-week Course, Wednesdays 6:00-9:00pm, starting January 7
Learn the art of fresh pasta in this 6-week master class series. This is a hands-on, confidence-building pasta making — from flour to feast! Each week builds on the last as you explore flours, tools, and techniques to create everything from hand-shaped semolina pastas to silky fresh egg pastas.
You’ll mix doughs, roll sheets, shape pasta by hand, and make sauces that pair perfectly with each style — all while understanding the why behind each step. Chef Sue will guide you, answer questions, and help you gain confidence in your skills.
Each session ends with a fresh salad or appetizer, the pasta we’ve made together, and time to taste, chat, and enjoy!
