This class is all about big textures and bright flavors. Together, we’ll prep a spread that travels from the American South to the streets of Thailand.

We’ll fry up golden Green Tomatoes paired with a zesty Chive Aioli and bake a Fresh Tomato and Roasted Garlic Pie on a shatteringly crispy cracker crust.

You’ll learn the secret to Falafel-Spiced Chickpeas served on warm, house-made flatbread and master the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy in a traditional Som Tom Thai (Green Papaya Salad).
