In this hands-on workshop, we are going back to basics: mastering the art of the hand-pressed tortilla. You’ll build a spectacular spread featuring succulent chicken and crisp fish, topped with handcrafted roasted poblano sour cream, fresh guacamole, and zesty house salsas. We’ll round out the table with fragrant rice, beans, and grilled chamoy vegetables before frying up golden, sugar-dusted churros for the ultimate celebratory finish.
