Tonight, we embrace the vibrant spirit of India in every bite, as we indulge in enchanting Indianized twists on beloved Western dishes. These creations are more than just food—they're a festive warmth that breaks through the cold, winter nights.

  • Cucumber and Chutney Sandwiches - an Indian twist to the traditional British cucumber sandwich

  • Fish Fry - swai/tilapia seeped in spices battered and fried: This special dish is something that the people of eastern India picked from the British colonial masters

  • Salad - The concept of a salad is western. Here is an Indian interpretation of a salad using cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, and hot peppers

  • Kalli jeera/Basmati Rice

  • Chicken Stew - A light and delicious dish of meat cooked with vegetables with a fragrant sauce as the base

  • Minced Beef - Indianized version of a dry minced meat dish with sweet peas

  • Pudding

Chef’s Table (you will sit around the island, the chef cooks and teaches little tricks of the trade while you taste and savor the food). Recipes will be provided.
