Indian cuisine is a symphony of flavor, and in this intimate chef’s table experience, we are moving beyond the basics to master a spectacular array of classic dishes in this meat gala.

You’ll learn how to layer spices, balance heat, and tenderize different proteins to create a restaurant-quality feast that would rival the best kitchens of India. Chef Srirupa will be preparing dishes such as Turkey Kababs, Beef cooked with spices and vegetables, a classic Basmati Rice, Lamb in a savory sauce of ginger, tomatoes and garlic along with a traditional Chicken Butter Masala.
