Our outdoor wood-fired oven will be glowing as we sear off a spectacular Bistecca alla Fiorentina. While the exact Italian cut is a rare treasure, we use the finest local selection to recreate that smoky, tender, and iconic flavor.
No Tuscan feast is complete without Fresh Pasta made with love, and we’ll round out the night with a silky, authentic Gelato for the perfect sweet finish.
