Tuscany holds a very special spot in the heart of anyone who has had the opportunity to visit. It is difficult to describe all the beauty in the people, the landscape and the food. Although we will not be in Italy, we will attempt to capture the spirit of a relaxed evening under the stars as we cook together and enjoy our food and conversation.
The garden should help us harvest seasonal vegetables to use in our first course. We’ll light the outdoor wood fired oven and grill a “bistecca alla fiorentina” (we don’t have exactly the cut of meat found in Italy, but we will do our best!) and, of course, there will be pasta.
And gelato! Please join us for what has proven to be a very special evening.
Hands-On Class - you’ll participate in the preparation of the meal alongside the chef.
